Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech, socio-economic, and environmental trends to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop strategic roadmaps for product innovation and business transformation
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for Fortune 500 clients and internal stakeholders
- Author high-impact foresight reports and trend briefs for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-forward solutions
- Identify disruptive opportunities across AI, biotech, climate tech, and digital economies
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futurist research
- Proven track record of publishing trend forecasts or thought leadership
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from CFAR or foresight programs)
- Portfolio demonstrating 2020-2025 trend predictions with validated outcomes
