Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze emerging technological, economic, and social trends through 2026-2030
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for board-level decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities
- Author forward-looking white papers and trend briefings
- Partner with R&D to align innovation initiatives with future market demands
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and their impact on global business landscapes
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of predicting and capitalizing on emerging trends
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or climate tech
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or relevant field
- Exceptional data synthesis and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board audiences
- Published thought leadership in industry publications
