Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for exponential growth opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align leadership on future-facing initiatives
- Produce trend reports and whitepapers published in industry journals
- Advise C-suite on disruptive threats and first-mover advantages
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and R&D pioneers
- Quantify future market potential through predictive modeling
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting or corporate foresight roles
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Advanced degree in futurism, economics, engineering, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex technical concepts
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Experience with scenario planning tools and predictive analytics
- Fluency in Spanish or Mandarin preferred for global insights
