Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research across 15+ emerging technology domains to identify disruptive innovations
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for Fortune 500 clients navigating 2026 market landscapes
- Lead cross-functional workshops translating complex data into actionable business strategies
- Author executive briefings and thought leadership content on future industry disruptions
- Build and maintain expert networks with academic institutions and R&D pioneers
- Design scenario-planning models simulating socio-technological shifts through 2030
- Advise product development teams on future-proofing technology roadmaps
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systemic modeling
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data synthesis skills with visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work or industry transformation
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston) or equivalent
