- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing concepts and validate hypotheses
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
- Build and nurture a network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Translate abstract future scenarios into concrete product development roadmaps
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven track record of publishing future-focused research or thought leadership
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Mastery of scenario planning methodologies and trend analysis frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ major future-strategy implementations
