What You'll Achieve: Design strategic frameworks for next-gen technologies, partner with C-suite executives to future-proof our portfolio, and publish industry-defining whitepapers that position Horizon Dynamics as the voice of 2026.
Responsibilities
- Forecast technological and societal trends impacting global markets through quantitative/qualitative research
- Develop scenario-planning models for 2026+ business landscapes
- Lead innovation sprints with R&D teams to prototype future-ready solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive board with data-backed narratives
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks
- Produce quarterly trend briefings and annual strategic foresight reports
- Mentor junior analysts in futures methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or innovation roles
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and trend analysis
- Published thought leadership in technology or business futurism
- Proficiency with forecasting tools (e.g., Palisade @Risk, Trendalyzer)
- Experience in cross-industry disruption modeling (AI, quantum, climate tech)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
