Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, biotech convergence)
- Analyze market trends and disruptor technologies to identify competitive advantages
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate futuristic concepts into product roadmaps
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Produce visionary reports on technology adoption curves and societal impacts
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurology, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning or technology foresight roles
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of executing future-focused initiatives
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations
