Responsibilities

- Produce horizon-scanning reports and scenario analyses for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D to validate future concepts through rapid prototyping and pilot programs

- Mentor innovation teams on long-term strategic thinking and trend synthesis
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, Technology Policy, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or tech foresight roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, climate tech)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures into actionable strategies
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented future-oriented initiatives
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/SF preferred)
- Experience advising C-suite on long-term technology and market evolution
