As a key member of our Global Innovation Council, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D pioneers, and market analysts to anticipate paradigm shifts in AI, quantum computing, and biotech. Your insights will directly influence $500M+ in strategic investments and product roadmaps.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 Technology Horizon Framework through trend analysis, scenario planning, and competitive intelligence
- Produce quarterly Future State Briefings for executive stakeholders on disruptive forces in AI, sustainability tech, and human-machine interfaces
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align R&D priorities with future market opportunities
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
- Author the annual 'Innovate 2026' foresight report distributed to 500+ global leaders
- Mentor junior futurists and build the organization's future literacy capabilities
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech analysis
- Proven track record of publishing future-focused research (white papers, industry reports)
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies and trend mapping tools
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex futures into actionable strategies
- MSc/PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful long-term strategic implementations
