Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 strategic roadmaps by analyzing emerging tech trends, market disruptions, and socio-economic indicators
- Lead cross-functional workshops to forecast industry transformations and identify first-mover advantages
- Develop scenario-planning models for global markets under uncertainty and rapid change
- Translate foresight insights into executable product roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring strategic foresight effectiveness and ROI
- Present future-vision briefings to stakeholders and investors with compelling data narratives
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or technology forecasting with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology, neurotech)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to communicate complex future scenarios to diverse audiences
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through ambiguous strategic transformations
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology innovation (whitepapers, journals, conferences)
