- Lead cross-functional workshops to align organizational roadmaps with future market shifts
- Produce white papers and thought leadership on disruptive technologies and societal impacts
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions for 2026 challenges
- Advise C-suite executives on strategic pivots and innovation investments
- Maintain predictive analytics dashboard tracking 200+ future indicators
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related quantitative field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism role
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario modeling, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech (quantum computing, synthetic biology, neurotech)
- Proven ability to communicate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight
