Responsibilities
- Architect 2026+ technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and climate resilience
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for 3-5 year industry disruptions
- Conduct horizon scanning across emerging tech sectors (neurotech, synthetic biology, Web4)
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs
- Present future-vision frameworks to executive stakeholders and investors
- Oversee cross-functional R&D sprints for prototyping 2026 solutions
- Author forward-looking thought leadership for industry publications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of mapping 5+ year technological evolution paths
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Experience with scenario planning tools and foresight methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures to stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-vision frameworks or patents
