- Produce high-impact trend reports and innovation briefings
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype next-generation solutions
- Advise executive leadership on disruptive market implications
- Build and maintain a global network of futurist and academic partners
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech strategy
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Proven track record of translating trends into commercial strategies
- Strong data visualization and storytelling capabilities
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, and climate tech trajectories
- Exceptional presentation skills for C-suite audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation
