Your insights will directly influence product roadmaps, investment strategies, and organizational adaptation in an era of unprecedented technological acceleration.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 technology foresight framework using horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Produce strategic whitepapers and scenario-planning models for quantum computing, AI ethics, and bio-convergence
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on emerging market opportunities and threats
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready capabilities into development roadmaps
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and thought leadership summits
- Establish KPIs for innovation adoption and track implementation effectiveness
- Mentor junior strategists in futures methodology and critical thinking
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or Strategic Innovation
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or emerging technology consulting
- Portfolio demonstrating published scenario-planning work for 2020-2025
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex futures to diverse audiences
- Proficiency in futures simulation tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis)
- Experience working with Fortune 500 innovation teams
