Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 innovation roadmaps aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) for strategic integration
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping future-proof solutions
- Present future scenarios to executive stakeholders and board members
- Identify and secure partnerships with cutting-edge research institutions
- Drive cultural transformation to embed futurist thinking across all departments
- Publish thought leadership on industry trends and future-shaping technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or technology foresight
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial opportunities
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Experience leading global cross-functional teams in ambiguous environments
- Published thought leadership or patents in future technology domains
- Fluency in scenario planning methodologies and horizon scanning techniques
