Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI convergence, climate tech, quantum computing) and their business implications
- Develop quantitative forecasting models for market evolution through 2026
- Lead cross-functional workshops to integrate future-focused insights into product development
- Produce executive-ready trend reports with strategic recommendations
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Monitor emerging technologies and regulatory shifts with potential impact beyond 2025
- Champion innovation culture by hosting horizon-scanning sessions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Economics, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or futurism roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization skills
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and board members
- Portfolio demonstrating published futurism work or strategic foresight projects
