Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing
- Develop 5-10 year strategic roadmaps for client innovation portfolios
- Facilitate design thinking workshops with Fortune 500 executives
- Author white papers and keynote presentations on future scenarios
- Build and manage a global network of futurists and domain experts
- Translate complex foresight into actionable product development pipelines
- Advocate for ethical innovation frameworks in board-level discussions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Published thought leadership in technology or business futurism
- Expertise in scenario planning and systems thinking methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Proven track record advising C-suite on disruptive technology adoption
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for technical and non-technical audiences
