Responsibilities

- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate foresight into corporate strategy
- Lead cross-functional workshops on emerging tech trends (quantum, biotech, Web4)
- Produce annual Future State Reports for key industry verticals
- Curate global innovation pipeline with 200+ startup and academic partnerships
- Design ethical frameworks for AI and autonomous systems deployment
- Represent company at Davos, CES, and premier futurist conferences
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating trends into actionable business strategy
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, neurotech, climate AI)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in MIT Technology Review or equivalent tier
- Experience leading teams across 3+ continents with diverse cultural contexts
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (STEEP, Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Portfolio of 2020-2025 trend predictions with >80% accuracy
