Responsibilities

- Produce whitepapers and thought leadership on exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market readiness
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Quantify future opportunities through scenario modeling and risk assessment frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing long-term strategic plans for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data literacy with advanced analytical and modeling capabilities
- Published author or keynote speaker on future trends or disruptive innovation
- MBA or advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology, or Business Strategy
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Horizon Scanning, Delphi, STEEP analysis)
