- Establish KPIs for measuring organizational readiness for 2026's digital transformation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused tech leadership
- Expertise in trend analysis frameworks (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning)
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing, AGI development, and climate-tech disruption
- Proven track record of C-level advisory experience in Fortune 500 companies
