- Develop and implement strategic roadmaps aligning emerging technologies with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting future tech adoption

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record developing 5+ year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum, AGI, synthetic biology, or climate tech
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and influencing strategy
- Published thought leadership in future technology trends
- Strong network within innovation ecosystems and research communities
