Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop data-driven future scenarios and strategic roadmaps for executive decision-making
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into product development cycles
- Produce high-impact trend reports and predictive models for stakeholder audiences
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex future insights into actionable business strategies and innovation initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences and diverse stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-focused research or thought leadership
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) or equivalent experience
