Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology foresight frameworks using data-driven trend analysis
- Produce annual 'Future State' reports identifying disruptive innovations and market shifts
- Design strategic implementation plans for emerging technologies with 3-5 year horizons
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future technology adoption
- Establish KPIs to track technological readiness and innovation maturity
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in corporate strategy, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating technological foresight into business impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Strong presentation skills for executive audiences and diverse stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in technology or strategy publications
- Certification in Futures Research or Technology Foresight (e.g., CFTR) preferred
