Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology foresight framework through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with AI, biotech, and space exploration divisions
- Author the annual 'Future State' white paper distributed to Fortune 500 partners
- Design ethical governance protocols for autonomous systems and neuro-interfaces
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and TED-style conferences
- Mentor junior futurists in speculative design methodologies
- Quantify ROI of emerging technologies using proprietary risk-assessment algorithms
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years in technology strategy or futurism with portfolio of published predictions
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent interdisciplinary field
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Proven track record of influencing corporate innovation roadmaps
- Experience with foresight methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning, causal layered analysis)
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, D3.js) for trend communication
- Published author or thought leader in technology ethics or disruptive innovation
