You'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and global partners to identify disruptive opportunities, anticipate market shifts, and develop actionable plans that position InnovateNext as a market leader in the post-2025 landscape.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their impact on 2026 business landscapes
- Develop strategic frameworks for long-term innovation pipelines aligned with 2026 market predictions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to co-create future-state scenarios and roadmaps
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-vision into current development cycles
- Monitor geopolitical, economic, and social drivers shaping 2026 technological adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into executable business strategies
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Futures Studies (PhD/MSc preferred)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Published thought leadership on future-tech topics (whitepapers, articles, keynotes)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management (e.g., CFIP)
