Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning for 2026+ technological, societal, and market disruptions
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for enterprise adaptation
- Conduct trend analysis across quantum computing, neurotech, and climate resilience
- Translate foresight into actionable product roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-state solutions
- Author thought leadership publications on 2026 industry transformations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic planning or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of identifying and commercializing emerging trends
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and trend mapping
- Strong proficiency in data visualization and predictive analytics tools
- Exceptional communication skills for executive audiences
