Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps integrating AI, quantum, and biotech convergence trends
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and market inflection points
- Produce strategic foresight reports on geopolitical, economic, and technological disruptors
- Partner with product teams to translate future scenarios into actionable development plans
- Establish innovation frameworks for rapid prototyping of next-gen solutions
- Represent the company at global futurism forums and technology summits
- Mentor R&D teams in emerging technologies and long-term vision implementation
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology strategy
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, generative AI, and synthetic biology trends
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with visualization mastery (Tableau, Power BI)
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related technical field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurism or technology journals
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS or similar institution)
