Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and technological disruptions to forecast market shifts through 2030
- Develop strategic frameworks for emerging markets and next-generation business models
- Lead scenario planning workshops to prepare for alternative future states
- Partner with R&D to integrate foresight into innovation pipelines
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and stakeholders
- Monitor geopolitical, economic, and environmental indicators affecting future landscapes
- Author thought leadership pieces on industry evolution and disruption
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, trend analysis, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking
- Strong data analytics skills with proficiency in AI-driven forecasting tools
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
