- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite executives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering and product teams
- Author forward-looking white papers published in Nature/IEEE journals
- Design ethical frameworks for emerging technologies
- Present findings at Davos and World Economic Forum summits
- Mentor junior futurists using our proprietary Horizon Methodology
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic foresight at Fortune 500 or Big Tech
- Published research on exponential technologies
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (STEEP, Delphi method)
- Experience with AI-driven trend analysis platforms
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Portfolio demonstrating 10+ future-shaping projects
- Clearance for Top Secret government innovation programs
