Responsibilities
- Develop and implement long-term strategic roadmaps aligned with 2026 technological inflection points
- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning for disruptive innovations (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate futuristic concepts into actionable business plans
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring exponential growth in emerging technology domains
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Mentor innovation teams in rapid prototyping and agile development of futuristic solutions

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurology, Systems Thinking, or related strategic discipline
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning with proven exponential technology adoption track record
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent foresight methodology certification
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level stakeholder experience
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals
