Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and their market impacts through 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps for product innovation and business transformation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future vision
- Conduct scenario planning for geopolitical, environmental, and technological disruptions
- Partner with R&D teams to integrate futurist insights into product development
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and board members
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist analysis
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and disruption forecasting
- Deep knowledge of AI/ML, quantum computing, and sustainable tech landscapes
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts
