Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, and quantum computing domains
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for 2026 market landscapes
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable business strategies
- Produce annual 'Future State' reports with data-driven predictions and recommendations
- Establish innovation pipelines for emerging technologies with 3-5 year adoption cycles
- Advise executive leadership on future-proofing organizational capabilities
- Represent the company at global futurism forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in technology adoption lifecycle modeling
- Published thought leadership in futurism or emerging tech publications
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Strong data visualization and storytelling capabilities
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on strategic transformation
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
