Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, societal shifts, and global megatrends to map strategic opportunities for 2026
- Develop data-driven future scenarios and risk mitigation strategies for exponential technology adoption
- Lead high-stakes workshops with executive teams to translate foresight into actionable business roadmaps
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Author white papers and thought leadership content positioning our organization as a 2026 thought leader
- Oversee innovation incubators focused on next-gen business models and human-AI collaboration
- Quantify market readiness for paradigm-shifting technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, AGI)
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or related field
- Minimum 7 years experience in strategic planning with Fortune 500 or high-growth tech companies
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful 5+ year strategic frameworks
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and exponential technology forecasting
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum, space) and their societal impacts
