Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year strategic foresight frameworks for emerging technologies
- Analyze global megatrends (AI ethics, climate tech, neuro-interfaces) and translate into business opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive innovations and market inflection points
- Produce high-impact scenario planning documents for executive decision-making
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and policy influencers
- Present strategic recommendations to board members and investors
- Mentor junior futurists and establish departmental best practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism roles
- Proven track record of developing successful long-term strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methods, and systems thinking
- Exceptional data visualization and narrative communication skills
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology journals
- Experience with AI/ML tools for trend analysis and prediction modeling
