Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop and execute multi-year strategic roadmaps aligned with long-term organizational vision
- Champion innovation through cross-functional collaboration with R&D, product, and executive teams
- Conduct scenario planning and risk mitigation strategies for future market disruptions
- Present strategic insights to C-suite leadership and external stakeholders
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure innovation pipeline maturity and future-readiness
- Mentor junior strategists in future-thinking methodologies and emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Business Innovation, Technology Policy, or related field
- 10+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation management, or futures research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful long-term strategic initiatives
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience with scenario planning, Delphi methods, and horizon scanning frameworks
- Strong presentation skills with ability to articulate future visions to diverse audiences
