Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech/societal trends and develop 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify innovation opportunities and disruption vectors
- Design scenario-planning models for 3-5 year horizon with quantifiable impact metrics
- Present future-oriented insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions aligned with future trends
- Author thought leadership content (whitepapers, keynote speeches, industry reports)
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive landscape shifts
- Develop KPIs for measuring future-readiness across organizational functions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy, innovation consulting, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 exposure
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial products/services
- Strong data visualization and storytelling skills for complex future concepts
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., AC/FS preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills for influencing executive decision-making
