Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socio-economic shifts to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for long-term business resilience and competitive advantage
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions and business models
- Present executive-level strategic briefings with actionable recommendations for board-level decision-making
- Establish and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Author forward-looking thought leadership publications and whitepapers
- Mentor internal teams on strategic foresight methodologies and future-proofing principles
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, neurotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills for complex future scenarios
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic innovation (e.g., Harvard Business Review, MIT Sloan)
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP, APF) or equivalent advanced credentials
