Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proficiency in futures research methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Expertise in AI/ML tools for predictive modeling
- Published work on technological or societal transformation
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks (e.g., STEEP analysis)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
