Responsibilities
- Anticipate and analyze global megatrends impacting business landscapes through 2026-2030
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for technological disruptions (quantum computing, neurotech, climate adaptation)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align organizational strategy with emerging opportunities
- Produce forward-looking whitepapers and strategic briefings for executive stakeholders
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Translate foresight insights into product development roadmaps and investment priorities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in trend analysis, innovation consulting, or strategic planning
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: AI ethics, climate tech, or human augmentation
- Proven ability to synthesize complex data into compelling narratives
- Experience facilitating executive-level scenario planning sessions
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (portfolio required)
- Exceptional systems thinking and pattern recognition abilities
