Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AGI, bio-integration) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future visions into actionable product blueprints
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions for 2026 market entry
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and investor forums
- Build and lead a global network of futurist researchers and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning or technology innovation leadership
- Proven track record in forecasting tech trends with 3+ years horizon
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, neurotech, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical storytelling
- Portfolio demonstrating futurist methodologies (scenario planning, Delphi analysis)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFMP) preferred
