- Produce foresight reports with actionable recommendations for long-term resilience
- Coordinate with R&D teams to align innovation pipelines with future-proofing objectives

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurology, Systems Engineering, or Strategic Foresight
- Minimum 7 years experience in strategic planning or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year horizon foresight models
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, biotech, quantum, etc.)
- Exceptional data visualization and scenario-building capabilities
- Certification in Foresight Methodology or equivalent practical experience
