Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 strategic foresight framework using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Produce quarterly trend reports identifying disruptive technologies, socioeconomic shifts, and market inflection points
- Collaborate with executive leadership to integrate foresight findings into corporate strategy and innovation pipelines
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align teams on future-facing priorities and risk mitigation
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders through compelling narratives and data visualizations
- Monitor emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their potential business impacts
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused planning
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning methodologies, and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, Business Strategy, or related field
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing executive decision-making
- Portfolio demonstrating previous foresight projects and strategic impact
