Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual 2026 trend reports with quantified impact assessments
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives on AI, biotech, and climate adaptation
- Design ethical frameworks for next-gen human augmentation technologies
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype future-concept products
- Represent the company at Davos, TED, and UN futurist forums
- Mentor cross-functional teams in speculative design methodologies
- Secure patents for breakthrough innovation models
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight at Fortune 100 or top-tier innovation consultancy
- Published peer-reviewed research on exponential technologies
- Proficiency in AI trend forecasting tools (e.g., GPT-4, Trendscope)
- Portfolio of 3+ implemented future-strategy projects with measurable ROI
- Fluency in at least 2 languages beyond English
- Deep expertise in quantum computing or synthetic biology
