Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends to identify disruptive opportunities and threats through 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (AI, biotech, climate tech)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future innovation priorities
- Produce executive briefings and trend reports for the board and investors
- Establish KPIs to track adoption and impact of strategic initiatives
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-forward solutions
- Represent InnovateX at global tech foresight conferences and summits
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Social Sciences with focus on future studies
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3)
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Published research or thought leadership in tech futurism
- Strong network of industry futurists and tech influencers
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
