Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology foresight frameworks through trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Produce quarterly strategic briefings for executive board on emerging market paradigms
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions aligned with 5-year horizon predictions
- Establish global innovation partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Design agile methodologies for rapid iteration of future-facing initiatives
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at international futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in emerging tech domains: AGI, synthetic biology, neurotech, or quantum systems
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology innovation (peer-reviewed journals)
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies (Delphi, STEEP, scenario planning)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive and technical audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-vision implementations
