As a key member of our Innovation Lab, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify disruptive opportunities, anticipate market shifts, and translate futuristic concepts into scalable solutions. Your insights will directly influence our product development, investment priorities, and corporate strategy.
Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year strategic foresight frameworks using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential
- Translate futuristic concepts into actionable business plans with measurable KPIs
- Establish partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry thought leaders
- Create executive-level reports on disruptive forces impacting global markets
- Mentor teams in innovation methodologies and future literacy
- Oversee the development of '2026' technology prototypes and pilot programs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategy, innovation, or technology forecasting roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Experience building innovation ecosystems and strategic partnerships
- Certification in futures research (e.g., WFS, APF) preferred
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
