Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, technology innovation, or consulting
- Proven track record developing 5-10 year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI ethics, quantum applications, neurotech, and climate tech
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to model complex socio-technical ecosystems
- Published thought leader with speaking engagements at global innovation forums
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies: Delphi, horizon scanning, and cross-impact matrix
- Portfolio demonstrating transformational future-shaping initiatives
