Responsibilities
- Architect strategic roadmaps for 2026+ technological adoption across AI, biotech, and quantum domains
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning for emerging disruptive technologies
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for ethical AI and autonomous systems
- Present executive-level strategic briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor junior futurists and build an innovation pipeline
- Partner with venture capital arms to identify acquisition targets
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurology
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or C-suite tech leadership
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI, or nanotech
- Proven track record of launching disruptive tech products (> $100M ARR)
- Fluency in scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEPLE)
- Public speaking experience at global tech conferences (TED, Web Summit)
