Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts through 2026+
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for clients in AI, biotech, quantum computing, and climate tech
- Present strategic foresight insights to executive stakeholders through compelling narratives and visualizations
- Design innovation roadmaps integrating emerging technologies with business transformation
- Build and manage a network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Author thought leadership content and advisory reports on future trends
- Advolve executive teams on future-proofing organizational structures and talent strategies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology strategy leadership
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused business strategies
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation skills with Fortune 500 experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience with scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
