Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and market trends through 2026
- Develop and publish strategic foresight reports on future workforce automation, climate tech, and spatial computing
- Architect multi-year innovation roadmaps aligned with global sustainability and regulatory frameworks
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with engineering, marketing, and policy teams
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track progress against 2026 milestones
- Represent the company at global tech summits and policy forums on future-focused topics
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist analysis
- Proven track record of forecasting technology impacts (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR)
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of climate tech, neurotech, or quantum computing ecosystems
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Exceptional storytelling ability to translate complex futures into actionable strategies
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on future workforce transformation
